Weight loss update

At this rate, we are never going to get to fifty pounds weight loss.  I went backward a pound this week.  Bryan went backward a pound last week.  The only thing up in the air right now is how much Bryan’s new tumor weighs.

New? not sure it’s a ‘new’ tumor. But I’ll find out next week how much it weighs… when I have it removed.

I’m at Brad & Anamarie’s home in Everett WA, so I’ll be taking the weekend off from weight loss. So go ahead and GORGE OUT Ken! I’m also thinking we need to schedule a weigh in AUDIT! Not that I don’t trust you, or ANYTHING like that… but your scale may be out of adjustment.

A very good plan Bryan! If I can get the remote control set up before you get here to make the adjustments between when you weigh and when I weigh, I am good with that! I am really glad you are at Brad and Anamarie’s right now because in about half an hour we are going out to lunch in Salem with Milo and Sarah and that does not bode well for my waistline either.

OH YUMMMM!! Anamarie made the most delicious HOT CHEESY MEATBALL SUB !!!

I really wanted another one… but only ate one.

WOW! We went to Red Robin today after meeting and I ate an extra basket of fries in the spirit of fair competition.

Problem: I can no longer fit on on scale.

If I put one foot on one scale… and one foot on another scale… I add up the total weight and divide by 2? right?

  6. Dad

I think that it is true, but I would go with the theory that you divide by four because you are weighing twice AND you only do one foot at a time so 2 + 1 + 1 = 4. It works for me.
