We have a very full weekend ahead of us. We LOVE to spend Friday nights together as a family just to hang out. We plan to do that. Then on Saturday we have a lot of things to accomplish:
- Go to the MacDonalds by the Costco to have breakfast.
- Mom will wildly enjoying her shopping at Costco.
- Christian, Kelly, and I have to find a book on writing for video documentaries, news, or some other similar title at the Borders by the Costco.
- Read some books, drink some hot cocoa (coffee for Dad), also at Borders.
- Drop off the almost due books at the Cameron Village library.
- When we get home (or on the way home), stop by a Radio Shack to pick up some #26 and #24 epoxy covered wire for the ham radio.
- Work on the ham radio.
- Do several Betty Blondes for next week.
- Read aloud about video production.
- Get ready for company to come over between meetings on Sunday.
- Go through the “rest of the year” plan for homeschool now that the big test is over.
- Program:
- BleAx program improvements for scanner integration and Christian’s graphic novel
- Water project programming
- Program for work
- Rework the truly pathetic theme I am currently using for this blog (probably not going to happen this weekend, but I can always hope)
It should be an awesome weekend. I think I might even get off from work a little early to get started.

I LOVE the list. That’s how I function too, so I’m totally impressed by it. By the way, the Betty Blonde link is overlapping into the blog. You’re probably already well aware but thought I’d mention it just in case.
Dad
Thanks for the note, especially about Betty sticking out into the blog! I think I am getting more anal retentive with age. I know I have a problem with the Betty Blonde thing. I HATE this theme, but have not had time to learn what I need to learn to fix it. That is bullet number 4 on item number 12 on the list!!!

Ken, I’m feeling a bit frazzled this morning, but
you’ve encouraged me to make a list for the
rest of the week/weekend. Perhaps I’ll
put it on my blog later today. 🙂
Lynn
Dad
I am looking forward to this list! For us, weekends really do not have much to do with down time. I think the frazzledness factor increases over the weekend.
Lorena
Sounds like a good plan to me Ken!! What would I do with out you?
Dad
Lorena! That was YOUR to do list! And it did not even include the stuff you have lined up for me in the garden and the garage!!! 😉
Lynn
Maybe we should come up with a frazzlometer. I’ve been
hovering around a 9. Ten will be ugly.
