Christian and Kelly bust my chops on my pathetic photography skills. I am sure they are right, but I love the quote by the fat rat in Ratatoullie:
Once you muscle your way past the gag reflex, all kinds of possibilities open up.
If you have no taste in art, then there are so many more pleasing things to see. In that spirit, I am looking for a replacement header image for this web site. I have tried several new ones over the last few days and there ain’t nobody happy in this household with my choices of photographs. I just want people to know that the current header (two cats lounging on the hardwood floor) is merely another placeholder until I find approval and peace returns to the household.
Hey Ken, since it’s your website, and the kids both have their own, maybe all you need is your wife’s approval of the pic. Or if Lorena has a site too, it’s all yours! Besides, you’re such an interesting writer on your blog, it doesn’t really matter that much. I mean look at MY blog header pic, yet people still read it, ha. BTW, I didn’t even notice your header pic had changed till you mentioned it…though Hmm, that may say more about me than you!
You could have them find you a header that you like. 🙂
See Jon, you are making my point for me! It seems like a header should make a statement or, at a minimum, just be noticed. I think Lyle is right, I need them to do a header for me. Lorena is no help at all. She actually LIKED the one of Lauro and me where we looked like twins.
