In this diet death match I am in with Bryan, I have known for a long time that I was in way over my head. Bryan is way out of my league and has been beating me like a drum. To try to turn that I around I have brought on a diet consultant. Bryan… take that!!!!

The story is that jared from subway came to our local restaurant, but then he saw dad and exclaimed ” KEN CHAPMAN???I cant believe that I have just met my big role model in life!” Jared was so excited that he insisted on having his picture taken with him. Dad didn’t want to spoil his own image, but to be humble, and to appease the crowd, he took a picture with jared. I hope It doesn’t make dad look that bad. Jared also gave dad his #73 best giveaway ,which you can find on most of the counters in your local subway, ‘nutrition guide with coupons’. To be humble, dad asked jared to sign it.
