Wow, I’m very impressed with your continued challenge of losing weight!!! You are making progress plus getting in good exercise. I’m happy that I’m getting some help with my toe and now am walking some. It will help so much in this on-going quest to lose weight! I’m going out to do all the mowing, weeding, spraying, cleaning so that should keep me safely out of the kitchen and food for a while. Say, I’m seriously considering getting hooked to Skype or however you spell it. I talked to Max from Peru this week and he thinks I should as well. So sometime we can talk about this? Keep up the good work guys!!!

The rocks just came out! All of the Waldos’ rocks turned out great, but mine were more of just ‘smoothed down’ as opposed to shiny. They are all very nice, though.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOK! That’s it!! I’ve been passed?!?!?!

Good job Ken! I forget how competitive you are. 😉

It is the tension! I can’t stand competition. It makes me lose my appetite.

    quote from roughlydrafted.com
“When presented with new facts, if you don’t change your opinion you aren’t holding an opinion; you’re holding on to a false conviction.”

old opinion: I’m winning! (the weight loss battle)
    new fact: I’m not losing!
new opinion: I’m losing, because I’m gaining.
new fact: Ken is on a road trip
false conviction: I could be winning, but only because Ken is gaining?
