I hope you at least honked on your way past our house!!! We’ll see you at Saginaw…

  2. Dad

Didn’t you hear the honking??? It was all the people chasing them because they thought we were moving back!!!

No Way! Those kids in Oregon are getting WAAAAAY too tall and grown up, I think you mislabeled that one you called Brett and Eric, those boys are young and small, I’m sure of it!

Could you resend us your address, the homeschool article came out in our local newspaper, and I want to send you a copy. You can preview it on the photographer’s website: http://kschinagl.blogspot.com/

AWESOME article Audrey!!! I loved the pictures and the writing. Congratulations to you and your family. Can I link to this in a regular post? I am very much looking forward to reading the real thing!

I will email you our address.

Yes, you can link, I’ll get the paper off to you tomorrow. Thanks, we thought it was very well written, and I was very happy with how positive they were about homeschooling. What you don’t know from reading just the article, was that this Saturday paper wrapped up a whole week Monday-Friday articles about the 5 main local school districts and different issues. Double Wow!

  6. Dad

How did the government schools come out in those articles?

  7. Audrey

Well, what was funny was one article focused on the janitors at one school, one on the new teachers at another school, one on how one school was dealing with the growing population of Spanish speacking students, one about how one school is promoting the “Hometown Competetiveness Program” and so on. All pretty far removed from simple education of children which was the forte of the homeschool article.

  8. Dad

Very cool. I imagine seeing that contrast was a little startling.

  9. I enjoyed the pictures!
