I am pretty sad I did not make the Krispy Kreme Run this year. It was not the run part that I am sad about. For posterity, I need to note that Christian and Kelly made it for a second year and had a great time.

Awesome! And I loved catching up on all your other recent posts! Women should be the car buyers. And the new car drivers. We old fat people need to stick to the low cal stuff at McD’s. I agree. I had burned up all available cals to me on my fitness pal app by lunchtime. (sigh). Love reading about the kids’ interviews and accomplishments!!

Thanks Lynn! I agree on the new car buyer thing especially. I am very bad at it. I think Lorena has a gift for horsetrading. Thanks for the reminder that I really need to get back on the diet wagon. I DO love some of McD’s low cal stuff. I hope all you and yours are well.

Oh, Ken, I was not calling YOU fat. LOL. And now I realize how my comment sounded. What it should have said was that I had EATEN all the calories allowed me, by lunchtime. But did that stop me from eating more? Uh. No. I have had to break down and start going to the gym. I don’t know why calories stick so easily after 40!! 🙂

I know you weren’t. It was ME. Every reminder to get back on the wagon is a GOOD thing. I am glad you still come around to the blog!
