Great advice Jon–I love the 1 Minute Manager! I wonder if that is the same as the 3 Minute Manager? The really good news about this job is that this is a start-up company, so everyone is new. The bad news is that the vision for how this should be done is being dictated by one guy who uses different methods than everyone else. The technical challenge is going to be a lot of fun. The people challenge might be a little more stress inducing. If we can get through the first six months, I think life will be great.

Oops, yep, it’s the ONE minute manager…been several years since reading it. Well, I guess some of us take longer…so mine’s up to three. 🙂
