Day 474 of 1000
Lorena is taking two classes this semester: Macroeconomics and Managerial Accounting. All she has left is her finals. She has the same professor as Christian for Macroeconomics. The professor is great. She is excited about the material, works hard in the class, and wants her students to succeed. For the final, she lets the students have on 8½ x 11 sheet of paper with formulas and notes on one side of the paper. Lorena showed me her note sheet. I was amazed. Here it is:

Your family is very impressive Ken. Glad all of you can show your Dad up. CC
Eric
Wow, reminds me of my college days! At my college, the practice was all the equations you could get on a 3×5 index card. We would spend a lot of time deciding what to put on the cards and how to lay them out. Some professors, if they were really cool, would let you use both side. I was so proud of those cards that I still have some that were just too good to throw away. You definitely need to keep this one for posterity.
Dad
Thanks Carolyn. I will call you soon! Lots of good (and some sad) stuff going on.
Dad
Now you are bringing back the memories Eric. I REALLY wish I would have saved some of my old 3 x 5 cards. That is back when men were men. None of the 8½ x 11 stuff. The way my eyes work now, I would need at least a 17 x2 2!
Lynn
One word. Wow.
Troy
Good work Lorena! Looks familiar.

This practice in college is so amazing to me. I never had this opportunity going through PT school. But, I have to tell you that Mattisse will be an expert at this, especially because she is able to write so, so small. She used to get into trouble in her homeschool math because I could never read her equations she wrote so small. I am sure that her miniscule pencilmanship is the cause of my failing eyesight!
Dad
I know exactly how you feel about that eyesight thing Ruthie and I am away from the school thing so far now that I do not even know how to think about these things anymore.
