That is powerful stuff. "We think it is great to be able to write well, but not that helpful until one has enough knowledge to know about what to write." Brilliant observation. And, unfortunately, it can be very difficult to gain that knowledge. It takes time, patience, and a lot of leg work to start to get to the heart of the issues.
