Wow – a funny flat line graph! LOL Hopefully it won’t stay that way!!

  2. Dad says:

Not FUNNY! :-) Actually, I am just thankful we are staying close to zero!

  3. Karen says:

Congratulations Lyle! We walked out of Gospel Meeting Thurs. eve an Jay and I both commented how much you had lost!! It shows!!

  4. Bryan says:

    Nice job Lyle!
    Go! Fight! Lose!

  5. Dad says:

Lyle and Bryan, I am going to have to get a little more serious because I am going backwards right now! You two are definitely making me look bad… and rightly so!

  6. Bryan says:

For me… Weight loss and weight maintenance is more about the calories IN then the calories OUT. When I exercise, I get hungry. So it is easier for me to lose weight by eating small portions often, so that I am not hungry, and don’t over eat.

Coming up on a year later… after a Memorial Day week end of over eating, I’m only 5 lbs over goal.

  7. Dad says:

Bryan! Your missing the whole point of my starting to exercise again. It is not really about weight loss. It is about fooling myself into not feeling guilty when I gorge myself!

  8. Bryan says:

It’s been a YEAR!! We need to get back on track! NOW!  :)

    You in?

  9. Dad says:

I am IN!!!! Let’s check with Lyle. I will put up a new chart tomorrow. Thanks for calling me to account!

  10. Steve says:

Hmmmm. This could be dangerous but seeing that I am riding my bike everyday to and from work, IF (with emphasis) I would alter some eating habits I could lose some weight! So, Ken, is this open to an old fat guy from Idaho to join up?????

And I want to tell you again that I loved visiting with you, Lorena and the kids. I am so thankful to have friends like you!

    with love and appreciation!
    Steve

  11. Dad says:

Absolutely Steve!!! Now I have no excuse other than to start another chart. So far it is you, Bryan Joyce, Lyle W., and me. Stay tuned!
