Fun new Linux stuff

There are a couple of fun new hardware offerings that I find very interesting.  The first is a $199 Linux Laptop from Asus featuring an Intel microprocessor.  The second is a Linux based smart phone.  Both of them would be killer low end Linux based vision systems.  Hmmm….

Dad, Should I continue with my book and use #develop or use the learnvisualstudio.net videos and learn both c# and vb?

  2. Dad says:

Which one would teach you the most?

  3. Christian says:

I don’t know. An option could be to learn VB in learnvisualstudio.net using Microsoft visual studio and at the same time learn how to use the #develop class library with my book. I could learn #develop with my book and Visual studio.net Vb with the video tutorials.
Also, I can’t program PDAs in C#, Only VB.

  4. Dad says:

Christian, I vote for VB right now with C# on the back burner until you are good at programming your PDA.

  5. Christian says:

Ok. Or I could also do java.
